Right now in Australia it is stinking hot. For example, the other day was 39 degrees celsius. My body is still in winter-mode, and so you can imagine that this feels like the fiery pits of hell. Not to worry, I own a fan so for solace I like to stick my face right in front of it. It works for perhaps a minute and once I stand up again fire-like air engulfs me. Ever so jealous of those who have air con.

I feel your exact pain. A few years ago I returned from a year exchange in the northern US where the average temp was -20C. I stepped off the place to 32 degree heat and high humidity and for the next week I was in a circuit from fan to pool to sticking my head in the freezer. It does get easier!
